Coleen Rooney Steps Out for Morning Workout in Chilly Cheshire Weather

The 37-year-old WAG stayed warm in a cozy white oversized Dry Robe coat layered over a black jumper and thick black gym leggings. She completed her outfit with black walking boots, which she wore during her time on I'm A Celebrity last year. Coleen styled her brunette hair in a low updo and chose minimal jewelry, sporting small silver hoop earrings.

With a smile for the camera, she appeared cheerful while holding a coffee, her phone, and a pair of gym trainers. Before her outing, she shared on her Instagram Stories that the boots she wore for her workout were from her jungle experience, as she prepared to face temperatures of minus 7C. The WAG kept warm in her oversized coat and carried her running trainers in hand. In her post, she captioned the image: "My jungle boots have come in handy in the snow."

This comes after Coleen mentioned that Wayne was receiving "chants" about her at football matches while she participated in, I'm A Celebrity. Coleen was a contestant on last year's series of the ITV show, where she finished as the runner-up to Danny Jones from McFly.

At the time, Wayne, 39, was managing Plymouth Argyle, although he has since been dismissed from his position. Reflecting on their life in the public eye, Coleen expressed that she believes Wayne has faced more challenges than she has. During an appearance on the Stick to Football podcast, she stated, "He's probably struggled more than me. People have been critical of him, and it's tough because he's out there every week."

She also shared that Wayne informed her while she was in the jungle that he was frequently receiving chants about her. Coleen admitted she was surprised by the viewers' reactions to her participation in the show, which attracts millions of viewers each night.

The elegant figure completed her ensemble with black walking boots, a pair she wore during her time on I'm A Celebrity last year. Despite the frigid temperatures, Coleen was resolute in her commitment to attend her workout. She climbed into her luxurious vehicle to make her way to the gym.

Coleen remarked, "The impact of I'm A Celebrity has been tremendous. I was aware it was a significant show, but I didn't anticipate that people would show such a keen interest in me. "I've participated in various projects before, but many people seem to have missed the essence of my personality. They only focus on fragments and fail to see me as a whole person. When you're in the spotlight, it's easy for others to forget that we are just ordinary individuals."

The celebrity expressed her concern about appearing "boring" during her time in the jungle and even consulted her mother about her portrayal when she traveled to Australia to meet her on the bridge. Coleen mentioned that she has maintained contact with her I'm A Celebrity campmate, noting that their group chat is "buzzing constantly."

Together with Wayne since they were 16, Coleen is a mother to four sons: Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six. Coleen stated, "I've always been resilient. I'm not one to play the damsel. I face challenges head-on, and Wayne and I have supported each other through everything."
